Phys: Check in 7/15

Been hitting the gym 5 times a week as of last week for those past 2 weeks (only 3 this past week --I'll make up for it. Upped the cardio) As of Tuesday down -1.5 bfp. (Win Rocky Win)

The Physical Immovable - 7/8 Check in

I'm using the widget Google 15 on the iGoogle Personalized Homepage. Here it takes your daily weight and averages it and accounts for fluctuations in water weight etc. But the real goal is body fat percentage loss not just plain weight.

Picked up this book at RE Congress and hopefully I'll make it part of a daily-read-one-quote-a-day thing. The book is a collection of about 200 quotes collected by Kelly in memory of those struggling with cancer.
